The following refund and cancellation terms apply:
Private Sessions
- Refunds & Rescheduling: Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event date.
- How to Reschedule: You can reschedule anytime via your Private Bookings Dashboard for Customers.
- Late Reschedule Requests: Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice must be submitted to info@tizianosguerso.com or via the website contact form, and will incur an $80 fee.
- No-shows: Please enter the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes prior to your session. If you do not connect within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, your session will be cancelled and cannot be refunded. Missed appointments can be rescheduled only after payment of $80.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Any requests for amending invoices, receipts, service descriptions, or other related documentation — but not limited to these — will incur an administration fee of $45 (AUD).
Memberships
- Types of Membership:
- Monthly ongoing subscriptions (recurring billing). Content remains accessible only while you are an active member.
- Individual workshop purchases with lifetime access.
- Monthly ongoing subscriptions (recurring billing). Content remains accessible only while you are an active member.
- Access Requirements: A stable internet connection is required to access the membership portal and recorded workshop videos.
- Managing Your Membership: Monthly memberships can be managed through the Systemic Learning Academy, clicking on Manage Membership
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, this must be done in advance through Personal Dashboard for Customers. Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
Events
- Tickets: All event tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend, we kindly invite you to gift or sell your ticket privately to someone who can take your place, as changes to the booking name are not permitted.
